My Disciplinary Agreement with DW provides for both Preventative or Remedial Domestic Discipline.
The occasions for Remedial Discipline are readily apparent – if our Agreement defines my behaviour as unacceptable, a dose inevitably follows. DW’s assessment of the seriousness and frequency of the infringement decides its severity. Over the years, I’ve gained an idea of what to expect – whether from the hairbrush, Spencer Paddle or cane – but in practice, the discipline continues until DW is satisfied from my attitude and state of my backside that her point has been made. DW has likewise gained a pretty clear understanding of how long it takes my butt to recover from various degrees of discipline.
On the other hand, Preventative Discipline is to serve as a reminder of what I’ll receive for an infringement. Essentially, it’s DW sending the message “your behaviour has been mostly satisfactory, but don’t forget what you’ll get when it isn’t”.
As Preventative Discipline isn’t in response to a particular event or infringement, the question arose about how often, and how severely, I should be ‘reminded’.
In the end DW decided I should at all times display some physical signs of her discipline – or as she put it simply, “As you’re mine to discipline, I’ll ensure you carry the marks of it at all times”.
DW generally employs the hair brush for her reminders and the marks from 50 to 60 real stingers consistently to the same area on each butt cheek, even over panties, usually leave ‘adequate’ marks for up to a week. Nevertheless, it’s the fading of those marks that decides when I’ll be bent over to be ‘re-marked’.
Unfortunately DW is NOT satisfied with marks that only show after a warm shower.
